Biscuit (Cookie) Pudding

Ingredients

  • 250g Maria biscuits

  • 1 1/2 cups evaporated milk

  • 2 tablespoons condensed milk (optional to add more to taste)

  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts

  • 1 cup whipping cream

  • 1 teaspoon sugar

  • Chopped walnuts, pistachios, and grated milk chocolate for garnish (Auntie A’s preference: pistachios)

Preparation

Step 1


In a square dish, place a layer of cookies.

Tip: lay the biscuits slightly overlapping each other for it to cover the layer/surface entirely


Step 2


Pour 1/2 cup of the evaporated milk and 1 tablespoon of condensed milk over the cookie layer. Sprinkle with 1/3 of the chopped walnuts. Repeat Steps 1 & 2 for two more layers.


Step 3

Whip the cream and sugar and spread over the top layer. Garnish with chopped walnuts, pistachios, and grated milk chocolate.


Step 4

Refrigerate overnight. Enjoy!
